At Fredericksburg-Nimitz Rotary, our mission is to create a positive and lasting difference in the lives of those we serve by dedicating our efforts to impactful service projects, charitable contributions, and scholarships that uplift first responders, veterans, children, future leaders, and people in need.   We are committed to supporting the Rotary Foundation, fostering a network of compassionate individuals, and educating our community to raise awareness about critical issues.

Club News
A fundraiser was held at Texas Heritage Vineyard tasting room for the Fredericksburg Navy Junior Officer Training Corps July 11th.   The Nimitiz Rotary provided food by donation and raffled gift baskets.   Texas Heritage Vineyard donated the funds from the sale of the Bingo cards.   Thanks to the generous support of our community, $2,300 was raised for the JROTC.   
 An event held at the ranch of Nimitz Rotary Club members Pam and Neal Martin on May 25th in honor of Memorial Day raised over $5,200 which was presented to Sharon Massey and Dottie Pieper of Wounded Warriors at Nebo.   The Nimitz Rotary provided a BBQ dinner and desserts for attendees.   Local musician Jake Martin and visiting musical duo Surrender Hill donated their time to entertain the crowd.
A fundraiser hosted by Craig and Marsha Hildreth for the Nimitz Rotary Scholarship fund was held on May 1st at Marktplatz featuring music by the local musical group The Outlaw Firm.  The Nimitz Rotary provided food and gift baskets to raffle.   The Nimitz Rotary club would like to thank the Hildreths for hosting this event. Thanks to the generosity of our community we were able to raise over $10,000 for our three scholarship funds.  The club just awarded two Fredericksburg seniors and one Harper High School senior each with a $1,000 scholarship.
