Cindy Turner, Special Events Chair, presents a check for $2,400 to Devin Mullen and members of the JROTC program at Fredericksburg High. The funds were raised at Texas Heritage Vineyard's quarterly Vino and Bingo for a Cause event. Texas Heritage donated a proceeds from the sale of Bingo cards and the Nimitz Rotary provided food by donation and raffled 4 gift baskets. The Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps is a federal program sponsored by the United States Armed Forces in high schools and also in some middle schools across the United States and at US military bases across the world.
